With twenty-five feet of width and no regulation or landmark history, this completely vacant West 51st Street townhouse was ready for renovation into a single-family mansion. However, future construction on the block and a fire-escape easement made this a hard sell to an end-user.
 
The seller was a repeat client who had already successfully sold another townhouse with Dexter.
