The Spring selling season is just around the corner, and already the market is picking up. Here at Vandenberg, we’ve been busy with several new deals in the last few weeks:

70 West 69th Street

70 West 69th Street is now in contract. This 20′-wide Vandenberg exclusive listing is located on one of the Upper West Side’s truly premium blocks. Last but not least, 133 West 122nd Street has a signed contract. We represented the buyer of this fabulous Harlem townhouse.
